Mud baths are one of the oldest therapeutic methods using natural elements. One of the places in the world that attracts tourists with the opportunity to try mud therapy is Phan Thiet in Vietnam. The country mainly offers sapropelic mud, formed at the bottom of stagnant natural water bodies. The mud varies in color: brown, bluish-black, blue, dark olive, and even pink. It is rich in trace elements (iodine, bromine, cobalt, etc.) and has a gentle effect on the body, making it suitable for various conditions.
Today, mud baths are used to preserve youth, detoxify the skin, relieve muscle tension, fight inflammation, and alleviate joint pain from arthritis, chronic gynecological, and internal organ diseases.
After a shower, you immerse yourself in a mud bath at around 60°C. This is usually followed by a mineral bath that calms and recharges the body. Experts also recommend a steam bath and an invigorating massage to fully experience the benefits of mud therapy.
09:00-12:00 – mud baths.
12:00-12:40 – transfer to hotels.
