<p>As of January 1, 2025, the Green Tax (Environmental Tax) is USD 12 per person per night for resorts, and USD 6 for guesthouses.</p>

<p>Infants under 2 years of age are exempt from the Green Tax.</p>

<p>From July 1, 2025, the Tourism Goods and Services Tax (TGST) will increase from 16% to 17%. This tax is already included in most tour packages.</p>

<p>Other applicable taxes (such as VAT and service charges) are also included in most quoted prices. However, hotel services such as bars, restaurants, spas, and excursions are often listed without taxes (10% VAT + 16% service charge). Always verify pricing with hotel staff.</p>
