User agreement
APPLICABILITY
This User Agreement along with the Terms of Service (collectively, the "User Agreement") forms the terms and conditions for the use of services and products of Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India).
Any person ("User") who inquires about or purchases any products or services of Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) through its websites, mobile applications, salespersons, offices, call centers, branch offices, franchisees, agents, etc. (all the aforementioned platforms collectively referred to as "Sales Channels") agrees to be governed by this User Agreement. The websites and the mobile applications of Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) are collectively referred to as the "Website".
Both the User and Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) are individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties" to the User Agreement.
The "Terms of Service" available on Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India`s) website detail the terms and conditions applicable to various services or products facilitated by Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India). The User should refer to the relevant Terms of Service applicable to the given product or service as booked by the User. Such Terms of Service are binding on the User.
ELIGIBILITY TO USE
To use the services of Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India), you must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into an agreement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to register as a User on the Website or conduct transactions.

CONTENT
All materials provided through various Sales Channels, such as audio, images, software, text, icons, and other similar content ("Content"), are owned by Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from using this Content for any purposes other than those expressly stated.
Users must follow all guidelines provided by Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) regarding the usage of this Content.
The Website and other Sales Channels of Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) feature proprietary logos, service marks, and trademarks. - Violates any current laws.
PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING OBJECTIONABLE OR INFRINGING CONTENT
Users are encouraged to report any content on the Website/App that they find unlawful, objectionable, defamatory, obscene, harassing, invasive of privacy, abusive, fraudulent, offensive to religious beliefs, spam, or otherwise violating any applicable law.
If you believe that any content or listing on Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) contains such objectionable or infringing material, you can submit a detailed complaint to [email protected]. BOOKINGS BY TRAVEL AGENTS
Unless previously registered with Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) as B2B agents, priority partners, or franchisees, and with explicit permission from Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) to utilize the Website, all travel agents, tour operators, consolidators, or aggregators ("Travel Agents") are prohibited from using this Website for any commercial or resale purposes. If any such bookings are identified, Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) reserves the right, without limitation, to cancel all such bookings immediately without any notice to the Travel Agents and to withhold any payments or refunds related to these bookings. Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) will not be liable for any incidental loss or damage that may arise from bookings made by any individual through such Travel Agents. The liability for such cancellations shall rest solely with these Travel Agents.
All discounts and offers mentioned on the Website are applicable only to the legitimate bookings made by the Users of Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India).
LIMITED LIABILITY OF OPTIMA EXPLORE INDIA PVT LTD (ANEX TOUR INDIA)
Except in cases where Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) explicitly acts as a reseller, Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) primarily serves as a facilitator by connecting Users with various service providers, such as airlines, hotels, restaurants, bus operators, etc. (collectively referred to as "Service Providers"). Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India)’s responsibility is limited to securing a confirmed booking as selected by the User.
Any issues or concerns encountered by the User while availing of these services are solely the responsibility of the Service Provider. Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) assumes no liability for any acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence on the part of any Service Provider.
Unless explicitly stated by Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) as part of a specific product or service:
- Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) does not assume responsibility for the quality of services provided by the Service Providers.
- Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) does not guarantee the standard or suitability of the services as represented by the Service Providers.
- Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) does not ensure the availability of services listed by any Service Provider.
By making a booking, the User acknowledges that Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) merely offers a technological platform for booking services and products. The ultimate responsibility lies with the respective Service Provider, not Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India). Therefore, the final service contract is between the User and the Service Provider.
Additionally, the User understands that the information displayed on the Website about any service is provided by the Service Provider. Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) cannot be held liable if the information from the Service Provider is found to be inaccurate, insufficient, outdated, or in violation of any applicable laws, rules, regulations, or directives.
USER’S RESPONSIBILITY
Users are encouraged to thoroughly review the details of services and products before proceeding with a booking. By making a booking, Users agree to adhere to all the terms specified in the booking confirmation or the booking voucher. These terms should be considered in conjunction with the User Agreement.
If a User is booking on behalf of another individual, it is the User’s duty to ensure that the other person is informed about the terms of this Agreement, including all applicable rules and restrictions.
The User agrees to follow all procedures and guidelines, which may be updated from time to time, related to the use of services provided through Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India). The User also commits to complying with all relevant laws, regulations, directives, and orders issued by any authority, including Central and State Governments, District Authorities, or any other statutory body, in relation to the use of services or each transaction.
Additionally, Users consent to being contacted by representatives of Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) via phone, message, or email. This consent overrides any preferences set by the User through the national customer preference register (NCPR) or any similar preferences.
SECURITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
During the registration process on the Website, Users must select a password for accessing their account and are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of this password and their account. Users are also responsible for all activities that occur under their account. It is the User’s obligation to inform Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) immediately, in writing, if they suspect any unauthorized use of their password or account, or any other security breach. Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to the User’s account or password, whether or not the User was aware of the unauthorized use. Users must not use any account that does not belong to them.
Users acknowledge that any information submitted to this Website could potentially be accessed or intercepted by others due to security breaches at the User’s end.
Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) ensures that all credit card, debit card, and banking information is stored securely and encrypted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. However, for purposes such as fraud detection and offering credit-based bookings, Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) may occasionally verify certain details of its Users, such as credit scores, as needed.
Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) implements industry-standard security measures to protect the information provided by Users. Nevertheless, Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) cannot guarantee that its systems will be completely free from security breaches that might affect User information.
User data held by Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies for legal or investigative purposes without the User’s consent.
FEES AND PAYMENT
In addition to the cost charged by Service Providers for bookings, Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) reserves the right to impose additional fees, such as convenience or service fees. These fees may be adjusted periodically. Any extra fees, including those for modifications, will be disclosed to the User before finalizing the booking or processing payment.
If there is an undercharge for the booking amount, taxes, statutory fees, or convenience fees due to technical errors or other reasons, Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) reserves the right to recover the remaining amount from the User. The User is obligated to pay this outstanding amount. If the shortfall is identified before the booking is utilized, Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) may cancel the booking if the balance is not settled before the date of use.
Any increase in fees due to changes in tax rates or new government-imposed taxes or levies will be borne by the User. Such changes may occur without prior notice and may be applied retroactively, as per applicable laws.
In the unlikely event that a booking cannot be confirmed for any reason, Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) will refund the booking amount and notify the User. Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) is not obligated to provide an alternative booking or compensation for the unconfirmed reservation. Any new bookings will be treated as separate transactions. Refunds will be processed according to the policies of both the service provider and Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India).
The User is fully responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments related to the use of the service, in accordance with applicable laws.
The User agrees that all payments must be made to the bank accounts of Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India). Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) or its agents, representatives, or employees will never request payments to private accounts or accounts not held in the name of Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India). If the User makes a payment to any account that is not officially associated with Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India), Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) will not be liable for such transactions. The User will have no right to recover any amounts transferred to unauthorized accounts.
The User must not share sensitive personal information, such as credit/debit card numbers, CVV, OTP, card expiry dates, user IDs, or passwords with anyone, including Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) agents, employees, or representatives. If such information is requested, the User should immediately notify Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India). Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to the User sharing these details.
Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed back to the original payment method, whether it is a credit card, wallet, or other banking instrument used for the booking.
Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) offers various payment options on the Website, including UPI, credit/debit cards from multiple banks, net banking from major banks, and third-party wallets, gift cards, EMI options, and more.
USE OF MOBILE NUMBER AND COMMUNICATION DETAILS BY OPTIMA EXPLORE INDIA PVT LTD (ANEX TOUR INDIA)
Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) will utilize the User’s mobile number and other contact details to send important updates related to bookings. This includes sending confirmations, itineraries, cancellation notices, payment confirmations, refund statuses, schedule changes, or any other relevant information regarding the User’s transactions or bookings. Communication may occur via SMS, internet-based messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, voice calls, email, or any other contact method provided by the User during booking.
Additionally, Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) may reach out to the User through these channels for addressing issues with pending or failed bookings, determining the User’s preferences to complete the booking, and assisting with related matters.
By agreeing to this User Agreement, the User grants unconditional consent for such communications to be:
- Made at the User’s request and authorization.
- Considered as ‘transactional’ rather than ‘unsolicited commercial communication’ under the guidelines set by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
- Compliant with applicable TRAI regulations and other relevant guidelines from authorities in India or abroad.
The User agrees to indemnify Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) against any losses or damages resulting from actions taken by TRAI, Access Providers (as per TRAI guidelines), or other authorities due to erroneous complaints made by the User regarding the communications, or due to incorrect contact information provided by the User.
INSURANCE
Unless otherwise specified by Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) for particular services or offerings, it is the User’s responsibility to secure adequate insurance coverage. Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) will not be liable for any claims related to such coverage.
If insurance is included as part of a service or product provided by Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India), it will be governed by the terms and conditions set by the respective third-party insurance provider. Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) only facilitates the connection between the User and the insurance provider. For any claims or disputes, the User must directly engage with the insurance company. Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) is not responsible for any partial approval or denial of claims by the insurance provider.
TCS COMPLIANCE
TCS on International Travel Packages:
An ‘International travel package’ refers to any travel arrangement that includes visits to countries or regions outside of India and encompasses expenses related to travel, accommodation, lodging, or similar costs.
A ‘Specified Person’ is defined under Section 206CCA(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Users are required to pay Tax Collected at Source (TCS) on bookings for an ‘International travel package’ at the applicable rate, in addition to the package cost, in accordance with Section 206C (1G)(b) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) will remit the collected TCS to the government and provide the necessary document or certificate to the User, as per the mentioned provision.
Users must furnish a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) of themselves or the traveler(s) at the time of booking an international travel package with Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India). The User acknowledges that Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) will verify the provided PAN either during the booking process or subsequently to ensure compliance with Section 206CC of the Income Tax Act. If the PAN is invalid or does not pertain to the User/traveler(s), Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) is obligated to cancel the booking and issue a refund according to the cancellation policy for that booking.
Furthermore, Users understand and agree that Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) will also verify the PAN of the User/traveler(s) as per Section 206CCA of the Income Tax Act. If the validation reveals that the User is classified as a ‘Specified Person,’ the User agrees to pay the TCS at the higher rate applicable under Section 206CCA. Users must remit any additional TCS amount if the amount collected at the time of booking is insufficient according to the applicable rate. If the User does not pay the additional TCS, Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) reserves the right to cancel the booking and process a refund based on the cancellation policy relevant to the booking.
COMPLIANCE WITH LIBERALIZED REMITTANCE SCHEME (LRS)
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) requires the collection of Permanent Account Number (PAN) details for transactions conducted under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS), which encompasses any international bookings made via the Website or through Sales Channels. The User affirms and guarantees that they will provide the PAN details of the User or traveler either at the time of booking or by the deadline set by Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India). If the traveler is a minor, PAN details of the minor’s parent or guardian will be required. Failure to comply with this requirement may lead to the cancellation of the booking.
The User confirms that the total amount of foreign exchange acquired or sent during the current fiscal year, from all sources in India (including the current transaction), remains within the RBI’s permissible limits. Should the total exceed this limit before the Authorized Dealer (AD) Bank approves the remittance, Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) is required to cancel the booking in accordance with legal requirements and process a refund per the applicable cancellation policy. The User further affirms that any foreign exchange purchased for international travel under the current booking will be used for the specified purpose.
The User permits Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) to obtain the User’s or traveler’s (if booking on behalf of someone else) PAN details from their profile, previous bookings, or to share the User’s/traveler’s information with third parties for the purpose of collecting or verifying PAN details as outlined in this Agreement.
The User acknowledges that Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) will not collect PAN details without the User’s consent. If the User wishes to decline providing PAN details or wishes to remove it if already provided, they may do so by updating their profile information via the Desktop.
The User authorizes Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) to share User/traveler data with third parties for the collection or verification of PAN details.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
International bookings through Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) require obtaining visas, including transit visas and OK TO BOARD certificates, based on the travel itinerary and entry requirements of the destination countries or transit points.
Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) will not be held responsible for issues arising from visa requirements, including the inability to travel due to visa issues. The company is not liable for refunds if the booking cannot be used because of visa problems, whether or not Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) assisted with the visa process. Any refunds will follow the booking and cancellation policies.
FORCE MAJEURE
Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) and its Service Providers may be unable to fulfill confirmed bookings due to extraordinary events like natural disasters, strikes, insolvency, pandemics, government actions, terrorism, technical issues, flight cancellations, or other factors beyond their control. If Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) is aware of such events in advance, it will strive to offer alternative solutions or refund the booking amount, less any applicable service charges, provided the respective service operators agree to refund. Users acknowledge that Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) acts as a facilitator and cannot be held liable for Force Majeure events. Users should contact the Service Provider directly for further assistance and refunds.
Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including damages for loss of use, data, or profits, related to the use or performance of the Website or other Sales Channels.
ADVERTISERS ON OPTIMA EXPLORE INDIA PVT LTD (ANEX TOUR INDIA) AND ASSOCIATED WEBSITES
The Website may feature links to external websites operated by other parties. Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) does not oversee or control these sites and assumes no responsibility for their content. Any interaction with these third-party websites is entirely at the User’s risk, and Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) disclaims any liability associated with such interactions.
Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) is not accountable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or misrepresentations on its pages, or those of linked sites, especially where such information is provided directly by Service Providers or advertisers.
The presence of advertisers on the Website or linked sites does not constitute an endorsement by Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India). Users are advised to verify the accuracy of any information found on third-party sites independently.
Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) does not control or monitor the content of linked sites and is not responsible for their content or any updates. Links are provided solely for User convenience.
RIGHT TO REFUSAL BY OPTIMA EXPLORE INDIA PVT LTD (ANEX TOUR INDIA)
Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) retains the right to reject any booking at its discretion without providing a reason.
Services will not be provided, and booking details will not be shared until full payment is received from the User.
In addition to other available remedies under this User Agreement or applicable law, Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) may:
- Restrict User activity,
- Notify other users of the User’s actions,
- Suspend or terminate the User’s account,
- Deny access to the Website,
if:
- The User breaches this Agreement,
- Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) cannot verify or authenticate User-provided information,
- Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) suspects the User’s actions might infringe on third-party rights, violate laws, or cause liability to other users or the company.
If a User is suspended or terminated, they must not attempt to register again or use the Website until reinstated. Reinstatement is solely at the discretion of Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India).
If the User breaches this Agreement, Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) may seek recovery of amounts due and take appropriate legal actions.
Users must not send or communicate any content that is:
- Abusive, threatening, offensive, defamatory, coercive, obscene, belligerent, violent, vulgar, sexually explicit, pornographic, illicit, or otherwise objectionable,
- In violation of applicable laws,
- Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights,
- Spam,
- In breach of these terms and conditions.
Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) reserves the right to take legal action against Users who violate these terms.
RIGHT TO REFUSAL BY END SERVICE PROVIDER:
The end service provider may refuse to deliver the booked service(s) for various reasons including behavioral issues, public safety concerns, health hazards, or government orders. In such cases, the end service provider will bear the liability, and Users should direct any claims, refunds, or damages to the end service provider, not to Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India).
RIGHT TO CANCEL
The User agrees to provide accurate and valid information while using the Website under this User Agreement and to refrain from any misrepresentation of facts. Failure to comply with these requirements will result in the User being ineligible to use the services provided by Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India).
Should Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) find or suspect at any point before or after receiving a service request from the User that the request is unauthorized or that the information provided by the User or travelers is incorrect or misleading, the company has the right to pursue legal remedies. This includes the cancellation of bookings without prior notice. Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
If any judicial, quasi-judicial, investigative, or governmental authority directs Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) to cancel a booking, the company will proceed with cancellation without notifying the affected User.
The User agrees not to hold Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) accountable for any losses resulting from actions taken to protect its own interests or those of legitimate customers. This includes denial or cancellation of bookings due to suspected fraudulent activities.
FAKE CALLS AND SIMILAR PHISHING, SPAMMING, OR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES
Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) employees or authorized agents will never reach out to Users requesting credit or debit card details, expiration dates, CVV numbers, net banking credentials, passwords, OTPs, or any other sensitive information. Additionally, they will not ask Users to transfer funds to personal or individual bank accounts, nor will they request the installation of third-party applications to access a User’s mobile or computer screen.
Responding to such requests could lead to fraudulent activities, potentially resulting in the loss of personal information or funds.

INDEMNIFICATION
The User agrees to protect, defend, and hold Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India), its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, legal successors, and assigns harmless from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and related costs, as well as interest charges) that may be incurred or asserted against the indemnified parties. This indemnity applies to situations arising from any breach of representations or warranties made by the User, or any failure to perform obligations by the User.
The User is solely responsible for any violations of country-specific regulations or general codes of conduct, and Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) cannot be held liable for such breaches.
COVID-19 RELATED TERMS & CONDITIONS
The User acknowledges that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has been declared a national disaster by the Government of India, there may be instances where the end service provider either cancels the booking or refuses to provide the agreed-upon services. Such refusals may be based on factors including but not limited to:
- The User showing symptoms associated with COVID-19.
- The User not adhering to safety protocols, such as wearing protective gear or maintaining social distancing.
- The User being in a condition that makes them susceptible to the virus.
- The User posing a risk to the health and safety of others.
In these cases, Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) will not be liable for any service refusal by the end service provider. Any refunds for such cancellations will be processed by Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) only after receiving them from the end service provider.
The User also understands that the Central Government, State Governments, and other relevant authorities may issue detailed guidelines or standard operating procedures (SOPs) that must be followed for travel. The User agrees to adhere to all such guidelines and SOPs. Non-compliance may result in refusal to travel by the service provider or any government-authorized personnel. In such cases, Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) will not be responsible for the refusal to travel, and any refunds will be strictly in accordance with the service provider’s terms.
Furthermore, the User may be required to download the Arogya Setu App or provide a self-declaration form as mandated by the Central Government, State Governments, or other bodies prior to entering transit points like airports or railway stations, or during check-in for flights or hotel stays. The User must ensure compliance with these requirements.
The User agrees that all bookings are subject to meeting certain health criteria as specified by government or relevant authorities. The User should not have a medical history of COVID-19 within 28 days prior to the scheduled travel date, particularly for inbound travel. The User may be required to present medical proof or a health declaration in the required format.
MISCELLANEOUS
SEVERABILITY: Should any provision of this User Agreement be found invalid or unenforceable, such determination will only affect that specific provision or part thereof. The remaining provisions of this Agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable.
JURISDICTION: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes not resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
AMENDMENT TO THE USER AGREEMENT: Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) reserves the right to modify this User Agreement periodically. The User is responsible for periodically reviewing the terms of the User Agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY: Any information designated as confidential by Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) must be kept confidential by the User and not disclosed, except as required by law or to fulfill the obligations under this User Agreement.
FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMER: Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) values User feedback for improving its services. The User consents to being contacted for feedback via email, phone, SMS, or other communication methods. If the User prefers not to be contacted, they may request exclusion by emailing [email protected].
PRIVACY POLICY: The User should review Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India)’s Privacy Policy available on the website, which governs the use of the website. By using the website, the User agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy and consents to the use of their personal information as outlined therein.
GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL: Optima Explore India Pvt Ltd (Anex Tour India) is committed to addressing User concerns. If a User feels their issue has not been resolved satisfactorily, they may contact the grievance officer. The grievance officer will attempt to resolve the issue within 30 days of escalation. Users are advised to escalate their concern to the grievance officer only after attempting to resolve it through the initial complaint process. When escalating, users must provide their booking reference number and the ticket ID generated for their complaint.
