Booking Conditions

ANEX TOUR LIMITED

Welcome to Anextour.in. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking Confirmation

  • Booking Request: Bookings are subject to availability at the time of the request.
  • Confirmation:  A booking is confirmed after you receive a written confirmation from AnexTour.in.

Payment Policy

  • Deposit: In 3 days after your reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total booking cost.
  • Total Payment:  Full payment must be made 7 days before the departure date.
  • Late Bookings: For bookings made within 5 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Amendments to Booking

  • Customer Requests: You must request any changes to your booking in writing. AnexTour will attempt to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
  • Charges: Any amendments may be subject to additional charges.

Travel Insurance

  • Mandatory: All travelers must have valid travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, and repatriation costs.
  • Proof of Insurance: You may be required to provide evidence of your travel insurance before departure.

Passports and Visas

  • Validity: Passports must be valid for at least 1 month from the return date.
  • Visas: The traveler is responsible for obtaining the necessary visas. AnexTour can provide guidance but is not responsible for any issues arising from visa applications.

Health and Safety

  • Health Requirements: Travelers must ensure they meet all health requirements for their destination, including vaccinations.
  • Safety: Travelers must follow safety advice and instructions from local authorities and AnexTour. Representatives.

Liability

  • Responsibility: AnexTour. Provides the services described in your booking. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by third parties.
  • Force Majeure: AnexTour.in is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability.

Complaints

  • Procedure:  Any complaints must be reported immediately to the local representative of Anextour.in If the issue still needs to be resolved locally, you must submit a formal written complaint within 7 days of your return.

Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are administered by the laws of [Delhi/India]. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Delhi/India].

Data Protection

  • Privacy Policy: Our privacy policy protects your personal information. By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the policy.
