Entry Rules for Foreign Citizens
Foreign nationals must obtain a visa on arrival at the airport based on a pre-issued visa approval letter.
Visa invitation processing rules can be found in the section “Visa Invitation through Anex.”
Entry Rules for Minors
If a minor is traveling accompanied by someone other than their parent, a notarized consent from one parent must be presented at the border, translated into English, along with a copy of the child’s birth certificate.
If a minor is traveling with one parent, only a copy of the birth certificate is required at the border.

To obtain a visa invitation to Vietnam, you must:
- After booking, contact the visa department and add the “Visa Invitation” service.
- Then fully pay for the booking and upload a scanned copy of the tourist’s passport to your personal account.
- Once payment is confirmed in the booking system, the visa invitation process will begin automatically.
- Once ready, the visa invitation will be available for download in your personal account under “Documents.” It must be printed (black-and-white copies are acceptable) and brought on the trip.

To obtain the visa, proceed to the “Visas upon arrival” counter before passport control and present the following documents to the immigration officer:

The tour operator is not responsible for the actions of authorized visa-issuing agencies (e.g., refusals/delays in visa issuance, delays in returning passports after document review, changes to entry visa rules, including extended processing times, etc.).
In addition to having a visa, which does not guarantee border crossing, travelers must complete all required border control procedures.
Entry may be denied due to outstanding debts; travel restrictions for specific categories of citizens; document inconsistencies with border regulations, including passport validity requirements of the host country, or missing documents for a minor traveler, among other reasons.
