Hotels and Sanatoriums
Check-in at the hotel is allowed strictly upon presentation of original copies of the following documents:
- For Indian citizens: passport; for children — birth certificate.
- For foreign citizens: passport, visa, and migration card.
For Indian Citizens
Basic list of required documents:
- Tourist voucher;
- Passport; for children under 14 — birth certificate.
To receive health and wellness treatment, a valid health resort card is required. For children under 16 — a medical certificate confirming health status, vaccinations, and epidemiological background. If guests arrive without a resort card, medical procedures may be refused.
A resort card can often be issued at the sanatorium for an additional fee.
An epidemiological certificate confirming no contact with infectious diseases within the past 14 days may also be required. It should be issued no earlier than 3 days before check-in.
Requirements may vary depending on the specific sanatorium. Please confirm in advance.
For Foreign Citizens
- Tourist voucher;
- Passport;
- Migration card (valid for the duration of stay);
- Visa (if required).
Most destinations no longer require vaccination or testing certificates for hotel check-in. However, please check current regional or health authority guidelines prior to departure, especially if traveling to health resorts or border areas.
Sanatoriums may request additional documents such as health certificates, recent test results, or proof of vaccination depending on current public health regulations.
In many accommodation facilities, if a child is booked without an assigned bed, meals are not included in the rate and must be paid separately upon arrival. Otherwise, meals for the child may not be provided.
To confirm the cost of meals for children, please contact the accommodation provider directly before your stay.
